We provide free rental equipment.
Beacon, probe, shovel, and backpack prepared by us must be carried. If you wish to use your own equipment, please consult with us.
We do not offer ski rentals. Additionally, since heli-skiing is backcountry skiing in mountain terrain, we recommend participating with equipment you are familiar with and use regularly for safety reasons.
If there is availability, we can accommodate bookings up to the day before.
Safety is our top priority, and we may cancel tours in case of bad weather. For details, please check our Cancellation Policy.
Scenic flights are for ages 3 and up. Heli-skiing is for ages 13 to under 70. Participants aged 13 to 15 must be accompanied by a guardian. A parental consent form is required for minors.
For cancellations due to personal reasons:
・From booking: 7%
・From 2 months prior: 50%
・From 1 month prior: 100%
As weather in mountainous areas is difficult to predict, the decision to cancel will be made the day before or on the day of the tour in consultation with the pilot.
Tours will also be canceled if there are any issues with the aircraft.
Rescue requests will be given priority.
Snowshoes, splitboards, skins, etc., are not necessary.
You may need to walk for about 10 minutes in deep snow (bootpacking).
It is prohibited as it may interfere with helicopter operations.
We plan to ski in the mountain areas of Hakuba, Otari, and Itoigawa. As we make decisions based on weather and conditions, we cannot provide specific information in advance.
