Notifications for tour cancellations due to weather will be sent by email the day before or on the morning of the tour.
Please be sure to check the email address registered at the time of tour booking.

If the guide determines that your self-declared skiing level does not meet our requirements, you will be asked to refrain from participating in the tour. No refund will be given in this case.
Please carefully confirm the skiing level of all participants in your group.
Minimum Participants (Heli-Skiing)
※Booking deadline is 12:00 PM the day before. If the minimum number of participants is not reached by that time, the tour will be cancelled.
In case of cancellation, you may reschedule or receive a refund minus a 7% administrative fee.
Cancellation due to Bad Weather (Heli-Skiing)
If the heli-ski tour is canceled due to bad weather, you can choose from the following options:
1. Change to an Alternative Tour (Recommended)
- Change to an alternative program such as a ski resort tour.
- Available even on the day of the tour.
- ※ If you participate in the alternative tour, ¥22,000 (tax incl.) will be deducted from the refund amount
2. Change of Booking Date
- Reschedule to another date within the current season.
- Reschedule to the next season (with priority booking rights).
- ※ No extra charge even if prices are revised next year.
3. Request a Refund
- A 65% refund of the tour fee will be provided.
Refund if Number of Runs is Reduced to One
If the number of ski runs is reduced to one due to weather changes, a refund will be issued as follows:
About Refunds
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment. For credit card payments, the refund will be issued through the card company.
Refund Timing
Refund procedures will be initiated within 7 business days of accepting the cancellation. The actual time of crediting may vary depending on the payment method.
Refund Fees
For refunds via bank transfer, the customer is responsible for any transfer fees.
