Terms of Use

  • Flight Time: Freely set between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM (minimum 2 hours guaranteed)
  • Capacity: By consultation
  • Content may be changed or canceled due to weather.
  • A deposit of 15% of the total fee is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • ※ If the flight time is less than 2 hours due to weather, etc., a refund of ¥5,000 per minute will be issued.
  • ※ If the helicopter cannot be used at all due to weather, etc., 85% of the payment will be refunded.
  • ※ A prescribed cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made by the customer.
