| Cancellation / Changes / Suspension |
Customer-initiated cancellations/changes follow our Cancellation Policy. We or our partners may suspend or modify services due to weather, safety concerns, equipment issues, rescue operations, or other unavoidable circumstances. |
| Returns / Refunds | Due to the nature of services, returns after provision are not accepted. Refunds for non-provision follow the Cancellation Policy. |
| Cooling-off | Not applicable as this is not door-to-door sales. |

Age, health status, and equipment requirements are stated on each service page/pre-departure information. Minors require parental consent. |
